1. Invite setting is disabled but coming at front end.

1. Add ticket "Available places" textbox for each ticket type. So admin/user can set the number of places available on Ticketwise.
2. Waiting list workflow :(Users registering after an event has filled up get on the waiting list, which is great. But they should be taken to a page with a custom message (we will contact you if a space opens up..) instead of being taken to the payment page. )
3. Add currency Symbol.
4. Display currency Symbol : before/after
5. Add setting for display decimal point for the price.
6. Set designing of attndees list and waiting list view with name of user on mouse hover.
